AFSCME Florida & AFSCME Local 199 Hot Food Giveaway

Hello Brothers and Sisters,

This is to advise you that, AFSCME Local 199 and AFSCME Florida have come together to feed folks hot meals post Hurricane Irma. We understand that folks from all walks of life are impacted by the disaster that this storm has caused. Folks are still without electricity and food to say the least. 

Tomorrow at the South Florida CLC / AFSCME Local 199 union hall, we will be feeding families stricken by Hurricane Irma.

The food giveaway is scheduled for 1pm until 2:30pm.

We have secured enough food to feed 300 people. I know this may not be much but it helps, and it shows our members that we are there for them during this difficult time,.
